FAQ
Yes! Professional installation is included with every every videoconference system purchase.
We include all hardware and installation. However, any required electrical outlets or network jacks are not included (your quote will detail how many outlets or jacks will be required for the AV system). Zoom or MS Teams room licenses are not included and can only be purchased directly from Zoom or Microsoft.
“Conference room in a box” solutions or conference room bundles only include parts of conference room systems. rewired’s quotes are complete conference room solutions. From cables to displays, we’re the only place that provides 100% complete video conferencing conference room solutions
Each piece of equipment is warrantied via the manufacturer’s warranty. The installation is warrantied for 6 months after completion.
At the moment, we don’t have the option of customer-furnished displays. But if this is a deal breaker for you, please tell us and we’ll consider making this an option in the future.
The video conferencing room system is designed to be compatible with most conference rooms, but not all. To see if your room is compatible, make sure to check the room requirements.
